It shows a dividend rate of only 1.68% on Google Finance, at a price of 2.98 euros per share. Why so low if the 5 year dividend average is 13%?

A couple of big dividends in 2021 and 2022 inflate the 5Y average figure.

They adjust dividends as cash-flow rises, so I'm assuming it's feasible for them to pay out another large one when things justify it.
